End of tenancy cleaning

End of tenancy cleans are a thorough/deep clean. We make sure the property is returned in a clean and acceptable condition to secure the return of your deposit. Cleaning includes a deep clean of all Kitchen appliances (ovens, hobs, extractors, fridges/freezers, dishwashers and microwaves), All glass, mirrors and windows throughout, all woodwork (doors, frames, skirting, sills and polishing door fittings. We also offer carpet and upholstery cleaning).

Pre tenancy cleaning

Pre tenancy cleans are a semi-deep clean that goes beyond a regular house clean to ensure the property is in pristine condition for the new tenants. Cleaning includes cleaning all rooms, fixtures and Kitchen appliances with a focus on Kitchens and Bathrooms to ensure a fresh and hygienic start of tenancy. Dusting all skirting, polishing fittings, hoovering all carpets throughout and cleaning all tiled and wooden floor surfaces. 

Upholstery cleaning

We use a very sophisticated method of upholstery cleaning starting off with vacuuming the upholstery to remove loose dirt, debris and pet hair, we then use a spot cleaner to start working on markings and stains. Depending on the fibre type, we would either do a wet/hot water extraction or a dry clean (with a dry compound)

Carpet cleaning

Just like our upholstery cleaning, we have various methods to clean carpets depending on pile type, fibre type, the age and condition of the carpets. We would either do a wet/hot water extraction or a dry clean (with a dry compound depending on Natural or Synthetic fibres).
